Aimilia Papanikolaou

I am a qualified attorney based in Athens and a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2022). I continued my academic path at the same institution, completing a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law with a specialization in Maritime Law (LL.M., 2024). To further support my focus in this field, I obtained a Minor Degree in Shipping Management from Deree – The American College of Greece. Professionally, I work as an in-house legal counsel at the Greek branch of a ship management company, while also maintaining my own private law practice, primarily handling civil law cases in the Mesogeia region of Attica. This dual role allows me to navigate and compare the dynamics of private legal practice with the demands and complexities of the international maritime industry.
